At One4All Counseling, we believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and valued. Our name reflects our mission: to provide compassionate, inclusive, and affirming mental health care for all people. We are deeply committed to supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the harmful effects of systemic oppression.
Our practice is rooted in the understanding that every person’s story is unique, and so is their path to healing. We offer specialized services for LGBTQ+ clients, with a particular focus on gender-affirming care. In response to shifting legislation and increasing barriers to access, One4All Counseling has made it a central priority to provide timely, supportive, and empowering services to transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals. Whether you’re seeking ongoing therapy, letters of support, or a space to explore your identity, we are here to walk alongside you.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, we integrate somatic, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches—including Reality Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS) recovery—to help our clients reconnect with themselves in body, mind, and spirit.
